This policy explains what happens to your data when you use Satsgrid. In short: we do not collect personal data and we do not require an account.
Data you enter
Values you type into the tool are processed only in your browser. They are not transmitted to us and are not stored on any server.
Local storage
The site may remember your last settings, such as units or currency, in your browser's local storage so they are ready on your next visit. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser data.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served by a static hosting provider. Like any web server, it may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request in server logs for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Third-party services
The bitcoin price is loaded in your browser from api.coingecko.com (CoinGecko), with api.coinbase.com (Coinbase) as a backup. Like any website, these services see your IP address. No other data is sent to them.
If we add analytics or advertising in the future, this policy will be updated before it goes live, and where the law requires it you will be asked for consent first.

Satsgrid does not set cookies at the moment.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct and delete personal data. Because we do not collect personal data, there is usually nothing to hand over or delete. For questions, see the contact page.

We may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
